Setting up a "Tell a friend about this page" button

Hi there,

I would like to know where I could find more info on setting up a "Tell a friend about this page" button on my website.

I would like anyone that clicks on the button to be re-directed to an email form, that has the site address as in the subject line.

Could someone please help me with this?
