How do I get a E-mail address that is on my contact page to be able to just click the address to send a e-mail?

You will need to set up an email account in the Cpanel/Mail

Open the page in BV
cick on the text box that contains the address
Drag mouse over the text to highlight
Go to menu on top, INSERT>Link
When box comes up, go to the 1st Box that is for Link Type and select MailTo:
That is all you have to do. No other selections needed.

Caution: Clickable email addresses (or email addresses in text form) are not favoured for reasons of SPAMbots harvesting them and you will receive lots of extra spam. Some covert the text to an image (click on properites of the text box and select image). However, I have this method and it has still generated heaps of spam directly to those email addresses which are like secretary@ or webmaster@ etc.
They say that a Contact Form is the best method. See Advanced BlueVoda Form forum
