As an example:

this is my home page....... http://mvpalma1.net

this is a page within my website..... http://www.mvpalma1.net/holiday_flat_to_let.html

(no spaces between the words, I have used the underscore to join the words together)

Have a look at the video tutorial and it should become a lot clearer.......
