installing templates

Hi,
I read from the different questions and answers that some of us website builder have problems and some not. I am a beginner, and must admit I have big problems to istall templates. The tutorials are fine, but when it comes to actually doing it I fail time after time. Pls help
Is is possible to have a blueprint showing how ?

The templates are actually images. Go to New Page create a Blank Page click Image button, in white work space left click and hold down, drag mouse a window will appear direct to templates folder choose image. And such
