I was wondering if it is possible to create a website newletter for distribution via email.
Any ideas how I can do this?

One easy way is to publish the newsletter on your site and then send email with the link to the newsletter. This way your email recipients will see your newsletter AND visit your site.

I am wondering if vodahost provides a good e-newsletter system, such as www.constantcontact.com ?.

I can not use a webpage link to newsletter for my clients.

I found aWeber to be pretty helpful, it cost's a little bit, but its nice.
