My computer crashed and I lost all my pages. How can I go back recreate my website. Can I copy the webpage that exsist now and paste it to a new voda page then publish? If so, how do I do this?
Thank you
Raider
Losing your pages on your computer does not mean that it no longer appears on the web. It's still there unless you deleted page thru FTP or Cpanel.
You will need to import your pages if you want to make changes.

Can you not download them back to your computer using your FTP program? Then by theory you should be able to open them with Blue Voda and have them all again.
Yes, you can import the html and paste it back onto a BV page. Generally there will be some maintenance required to get the pages back into the exact desired format.
As you can see a simple back up of your files would have saved a lot of headaches.

This is verry helpful to me also, I however did save my BV on CD, I have reloaded the new version now , and have then uploaded my old BV pages to the new BV but have no graphics, I am trying to insert new pics to the site but it wont save them, I keep getting error that it cant be saved, If i go to my web site , do i just click copy and then open a new page on BV and paste?
I also want to thank every one on this site for all there help. BV is really the best web tool out on the market,
One more question< Can some one walk me thru how to paste to new page, I have copied my page from on line, to paste i have to use insert text or insert image, have tried both and am having difficultiy pasting,
do i need to paste every page or just my home page?
If you open bv, go to new, from existing html, and then type in your urls it will import your pages. You will have to REDO the images etc, and probably update your menus, but do this for each page and you shouldnt have to do anything with the text except maybe line it back up.

if you have all your images on your cd, just go to my documents you willsee a bv folder with images in the folder. transfer your images on cd to the images folder in bv. once that is done just import pictures using image tool.
Thank you
