    me again

If on the web page you insert a box and then customize it and give it the pages link is www.mysite.com/index.html and then create another box, on the same page, for other information do i have to write the link in the second box as well. in other word to i have to write the link in each subsequent box if its on the same page.
    IE
Index page with a box for a header
Index page with a box for information about the company
Index page with a third box for other information.
Must i write the same link information www.mysitecom/index.html each time or once at the top in the header box is enough and all the other information on the index page will come up when it is accessed.

you dont need to write that in the INSERTED box at all.. if you mean text box or html box?

Define what you are talking about.. BOX? Do you mean MENU? NAVIGATION? Try inserting navigation instead of BOXES. You can make text link navigation...
