Help Please. I am new at this!!!

I got my main page prety much set u. I have the tabs on the left side of the page such as, About me, contact me,...etc, you know what i mean. Now how or what do i do the fill in the info about me? I set it up as www.MYPAGE.com/aboutme.html I hope i am explaining this correct. I just want to know how I get to that page so I can put my info in about me and get off the main page. Please help. Thanks again in advance.

You have to open a new page, "file, new page" and as before fill in your details background etc. Save page as contact or about-us or what ever tickles your fancy. Then on the tabs on your home page double click to link your new page to the correct tab required. Hope that helps a bit, im new at this too all the folk with the brains must be still in bed ha
