Hi, have you saved your page as .php via page properties? Might do the trick.

I have done that and still the code is displayed on top. This is the second time I have redone this page.

REMOVE THE PAGE quotes.html off your server

Then repoint ALL your links to that quotes page from ALL your other pages to http://www.acloserlooksi.com/quotes.php
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.

                Dear Ramsey,
                Thank you for your help.
I have removed all the tags with your suggestion/help.
One Question: If I want to change all the HTML & bvp to PHP Can I do it or not. How it will effect. Please if you can be generous to advice me.
Also I have upgraded to BV 10.12, I think it has changed my (FTP)Publishing IP address. I can not Publish the page. It gives 12014 Error.
Where can I go and find that new IP address?
Your help will be highly appreciated.
                Thank you,
