    Finding files

Once I log into my website where do I go to get into my 'public files' that I downloaded in the beginning from my website in Yahoo?

I see an icon named upload files on BlueVoda when I open up a new page.
How do I upload my files into this folder on my toolbar? Or is this what I have to do?
I was told to go to my files where I saved them - but not how to get them uploaded so I can work and revise them.
    A
Does anyone have a simple and easy way to do this or to help me with this?

    Thanks,
    Myrna

    Hi,
If you have already uploaded you files from yahoo??. Open your FTP manager in BV & connect to your website. Then look under public_html folder & they should be there.

      Thanks Chris,
That worked -but I couldn't connect to the internet. The message I got says that connection was denied.
      What do I do now?

      Thanks,
      Myrna

        Hi,
        When you open your FTP,
        1. Click on Remote at the top of your screen
        2. Select connect ( small screen will appear)
        3. Check the boxes have the right info from when you joined vodahost.
        4. Press connect.
        5. Right hand side of your FTP screen should start to load up with your files.

        Should be working now??

        Chris.
        Regards Chris.

Hi Chris, I followed all you said regarding connecting to the internet. For some reason my username and password is not accepted- so I can't go any further. What do I do now?

I am sure that I used the correct one because it said log in with this username and password.

Can I change my username and password? Is that possible?

          I wait for your response!

          Thanks,
          Myrna

You cannot change your username and password, you may have to submit a support ticket to have this resent to you ....

Make sure that you are using your correct server number as well as your username and password.

All 3 have to be correct in the drop down box........
              Have fun
