    I follow what you are explaining to Sharon because I'm not stressed out at the moment(been in her place & can relate). The blank white page you created; how is it saved? As a .html, .bvp or a .txt? Does the page contain any page properties?

      Just .html yes.

      What do you mean does it contain any page properties? ALL pagies contain page properties???
