problem to write in greek

hello my nick is mea-culpa i hope i got it right what you first need. my problem in that when i try with bluevoda to make a site in greek when i view my site how it will be in net i cant read the words. i saw somewhere that i have to go to tools,otions and check the unicode the problem is that to me that chooice is not appear. what can i do? thank you for your nice program.
