How do I click a line of text in a bulleted list and have a paragraph expand beneath?

I am using a bulleted list to indicate my company's services.

1. How can I click on any one of the services and have an explanatory paragraph show up beneath it?
2. I also want to collapse the paragraph by either clicking on that same service again or by clicking another service in the list causing a new paragraph to expand.
3. Will the expanded paragraph "float" or will it push everything beneath it down every time a paragraph opens up? I plan to have a picture beneath this list.

For example, here's the normal bulleted list:

1. Weddings
2. Catering
3. Photography
4. Yadda Yadda
5. So Forth & So On

When you hit "Weddings" it should expand to look like this:

1. Weddings

We are the area's premier wedding planners offering
the widest variety of services to make your special
event just perfecto. We are the guys you
want sdafkjhsfkhsfkhsfkhskfhskfhskhksdf

2. Catering
3. Photography
4. Yadda Yadda
5. So Forth & So On
