PC Crash

HI everyone,

My PC crashed a little while ago, and i nearly lost all my data.

Happliy i did not, although when my PC came back from the repair shop, all my files were in a folder on my desktop, and some of them had been corrupted, unfortunately my BV files were among them.

The site i was/am working on - http://www.swiftsaleproperty.com - is now a tangled corrupted mess!

I am pretty new to website creation, this is my first site, and i am wondering if there is some way i can retreive my original unspoilt pages from somewhere, and if so, how can it be done?
