publishing pages

I'm lost.
I've finished designing all my web pages and I'm ready to publish to the internet. Before I knew about BlueVoda, I registered my new domain names with ******* and paid for hosting. Is that where I should publish my pages? If so, I followed the BlueVoda tutorial on publishing to the web. I tried to enter the Server IP # given to me by ******* (Primary DNS IP), but that number is not an option under the "Publish Web Page Server IP" dropdown window.

If I publish to BlueVoda instead, is there a charge from BlueVoda?

I don't know what I should do next or how to do it...

Yes unfortunately Bluevoda can only be published to Vodahost.

Is it o.k. that I registered my domain names through *******?
Can I utilize that or is BlueVoda going to require me to register my domain names through them too?

You can register domain names where you like. When you open a VH account you will be given details of the name servers you need to point them to.
