How do you set up a live webcast on my site?

Hi guys and girls..

Can anyone hgelp me out here please?
I want to have a link on my website so that if you log on at certain times you can see a live webcast of certain nights we hold in our pub.
For example - weekend nights would be great to have streamed live on the net so that you can see and hear whats happening in the pub.

How on earth do i start going about this?

If anyone can help shed some light it would be great..

hiya, we live stream at www.livepetshop.co.uk

upto you but i find netro media very expensive. there is a uk company caleed media.tv which do a £30 a month package, no set up or hidden fees.

i do warn though it is a bugger to get set up
