png files

i don't see my png file in the preview window and in bluevoda i can see it, somebody has any answers on this?

At the top of your screen, you will see "Allow this" you will need to click that yellow bar ..

thank you, but it's not this, i see everything else,only this strip that is png i dont see.. this is preview window.

hmmmm ... well if you have been messing around your files in your control panel perhaps you deleted something .. have a look and see if you see up there what is called .png fix .. if not, put in a support ticket and ask for them to include this in your files ..

and be sure too that you have not moved them since you inserted them ....
