New Web Design Template

I have just downloaded a complete web design template from a 3rd party website. I have tried all the options but cant seem to open the page in Blue voda, can anyone help.

Please advise how can I publish the template I have just downloaded?

Do I need to do the designing once again in BlueVoda? I dont have any knowledge about HTML, please help.

The only possible way you MIGHT open third party templates is by IMPORTING THEM FROM HTML. FILE>>NEW>>>FROM HTML...and navigate where they reside. Even then they may or may NOT be usable and you will have to work on them to make them usable.

Its almsot always EASIER to recreate them.

Please can you also advise how to open Flash pages?

You need a flash editor to do that.
