Navigation Bar

My website was done in Front Page by a friend - see www.advancedmakeoverclinics.com . I am rebuilding it in BV.

Can anyone help me to get the same effect on the buttons. It has a mouseover effect and when one clicks on that image button, a drop down menu appears.

How can i do this in BV?

This can be done using the menu bar in BV, you will need the image saved to your computer for the mouse over effect and you can make it so the user does not need to click the button before it drops down.

Hi, I am reposting my question as I need to know if someone can help me with the steps to follow. I know I can make it the way I requested in my first post, BUT what are the steps?
