customer registration on site

I would like my visitors to be able to register their details on my site but cant seem to find any tutorials. Can anyone tell me please?!!

At the BLUEVODA tutorials there is the welcome drag and drop, but I haven't been able to configure to publish, maybe you can, I need help with that.

BV itself doesn't have the functionality for registration/login. You could make a form where people give you the information and its emailed to you using the form wizard, or using NavalDesign's ABVFP you can have it stored in a databse, but there still won't be registartion/login, its just them giving you information about themselves.
