costs to use your facility???????

Hi. Tell me how to find out costs. Tell me how to get started.
Have just set up 120 pages on Homestead knowing they had 2 serious deficiencies. Then the toolbox on the open/new (Edit) application disapeared leaving me with the option to effectively do the work again. If I am and I will do it again, it will be with those 2 deficiencies as positives. From what little I have seen you could be my solution. Please send me some help :o
