Bluevoda vs Soholauncher?

I'm a quite new user of Bluevoda and I have printed every "help page" to learn. However, I can't understand what to use to make/edit my gateway web site to casinos and so on - Bluevoda or Soho. As a matter of fact I really don't know the actual difference between them.
My gateway's content is plain text and lots of banners and text links.
Please, advice me.

Soholuanch is installed on your server. BV resides on your hard drive.
Soholaunch is an ECOMMERCE builder with cart.
BV is a WEBSITE bulder.
