Help! Downloads not working yet...

Hey,

Thank you (all) for your advice so far about setting up downloads.

For some reason it's not working for me.

So far I've:
- created a folder in cpanel
- ftp'd the mp3 files to the folder
- built the hyperlinks into my bv page
- loaded the bv page onto the server

But all I get is an error message saying, "the requested URL/mp3download/IMApr.Zip was not found on this server", when I test to see if it works.

How do I fix this issue? Please advise asap.

perhaps you have them iin the wrong folder .. check the path to this folder where you uploaded your items to .. also check the name of the file to ensure this is correct ..

everything needs to be the same .. upload to a directory, use the directory in the link name, use the name of the file and its extension in the name ..

did you put the mjusic in a zip folder?? if not, the file extension would not be zip??
