Success / Error URL for Forms

I just need help to figure out how to create Success / Error URL's where visitor can see after submitting a form on my web site.

Make a page that says for example:
Thanks for contacting us. We will respond ASAP
name it " success " publish...
You can have anything you want on that page..navigation...etc
