need instructios! How do I get my websie to resize to fit anyones monitor!

www.oklahomarags.com is the website~ I have a rather large monitor and it appears that I've made my webpage to wide, and I was wondering if there's an option or way I can male it fit anyones screen. I got on a smaller screen computer and had to use the scrolling arrows to look at the website. I want to be able to look at the entire site without having to scoll or move the arrows. I went ahead and properties and center after I'd already created the page.... any help would be appreciated

Reduce the page width to 800 or maybe even 850
