All elements working fine...except...

Hi all,

This is my web URL: http://www.echotown.co.uk

Basically on the sign up page http://www.echotown.co.uk/sign_up.html there is a load of HTML messing up my site. Where has this come from and how can I get rid of it?

Secondly, the form itself isn't working. The page is not found but I set everything up correctly. Can you please help, I need these changes to happen very soon.

by changing it to a PHP extension as it has a form on it and wont work as .html

Right click on the page in bv, properties and change from html to php, and republish it and edit all your links to it.
