Form posting

I am testing the order form on my site sfter filling it in and hitting send I get this. The request URL/success.html was not found on this server. What does that mean and how do I fix it?

It means you either did not publish your success page or it is not linked correctly. A success page is simply a page that acknowleges that the form has been sent, the default name for this page in the form properties is success. So name your page this also.
