iframes + menu

Ok, here's the situation:
I have set up a menu. Every field of the menu links to a different website. I've also set up a big iframe next to the menu. How can i make it possible when clicking on a button of the menu to display the page in the iframe and so on for the other buttons?
I click on button n.1 and displays the page in the iframe. I click button n.3 and displays its page in the iframe and so forth.

Name the I-frame (if1 for example) then in the link targets type in if1, they will all load into that I-frame.
