webpage distorted

the contacts page in my website whcih is at: www.apexpropertyservices.org.uk/contact.html
has suddenly become distorted. The rest of the website is fine, all the pagesd are the way they should be, but the contact page, where the contact form is has been seformed. there are codes and letters all over the page and the original contents are all out of place too. I have tried using the form aswell, when i click on send it says link is broken. I have tried re-publishing the page, but its the same. The contact page is the main point of contact for my business, God knows how long it has been like this. It is devastating for my business.

page is a html you need to go back to the page properties in the general tab at file extension and make it php and republish it :)
