Help with Blue FTP

Hi all. I have been experiencing problems with Blue FTP. The problems I have are, when uploading a large file, such as an imageset to my phpbb forum, it keeps timing out, and losing connection before the upload completes. I can click connect, and the upload continues, but files are missing due to this. I've looked in the various settings, but nothing seems to cover this. Anyone help?

Hi,

Open BV and goto Tools.
Select Options.
In the dialogue window select the Publish tag.

Set it to 3000 seconds or more according to the estimated time
you will need to upload your file.

damn, it still times out! Goes a lirrle longer than before, but still wont last the time it takes to upload. Any way of making it keep connection, like making the timeout indefinate? I've tried putting "0" but it still goes for around 2 to 3 mins max then cuts off

That is the default settings on all VH Servers to prevent flooding which will cause problems.

Your file may be too large. Break it up into parts and upload the parts one by one.
