Okay so I decided to use the template:

I have all the programs downloaded and ready to go, and I have the template downloaded. Now I have no clue what to do. Someone please help me with a REALLY REALLY simple step-by-step solution!!

Well thats a joomla template that only works on joomla. It wont work in BV.

So.. you can only use this on joomla and you will need to read their documents for how to install this template.
