Changing Several pages at once

Does anybody know of a way that i can change something on all the pages of my website without manually opening them all up and editing and the republishing them all?

I have a good 30 pages to my site and growing and i need to change the menu bar on them all so does this mean ill have to do what i've said above?

ill still have to change all my pages but it will be a once off hopefully ,
