How to make a Favicon/Bookmark icon?

I was using www.xinureturns.com and saw that I need a favicon or bookmark icon. Can this be made in BV? I see that their is a bookmark in BV under tools but it just puts the icon on your page. How does this work?

right click on an empty part of page
    click page properties
just above the "center page" there's a window for favicons
    enter the file & bingo

Are you talking about this type of book marking facility? There is one at the top left of this site, under the Barnet walks logo.

Thanks David. That is what I was needing. That was easy...didn't see that there before I guess. Now I am just trying to find some "favicons" on the web. Chris, thanks for the reply, but that was not was I was talking about.
