favorites icon not appears?!

why when i put fav icon to my site it's not appear. i have try it on different browsers and pc's. but its still not appear.

It appears for me on FireFox. Sometimes these things can take a few hours to show up.

Im using IE and I cant see it. This doesnt surprise me. IE is a bit weird but the browser does pick them eventually and you'll see it everyday and then the odd day you dont?? Thats my experience anyway.

I did read somewhere that if you drag that 'e' logo down on to your page lots of times you can force the browser to pick up the favicon. Im not sure if there is any truth in that. I did try it and it might've worked for me or it could've been a coincidence.
