probably I am missing something...HELP

hello I have a few question,I am new here,so I am still fighting with my site...I already did just a basic of index page,I have there three menu bars just for beggining,until I will learn how to work with them...
I need to know how to do this: If I will click on menubar called .lets say contacts....i need it would open just small window on the same page where will show up my contacts...it is probably easy,but I just dont know how to do it,where to start...my vebsite is www.hlasyzbasy.com dont be scared it is in czech language... On way to do it is

Highlight a link
Click Link icon
Select Open link with a pop up window
Click Popup settings
and set the dimensions and appearance.
