How to install .JNLP ( java )

Hi,
I would like to install a .JNLP on my website but not even sure if this can be done. This is a widget that can be found over the web. This is a carbon counter http://www.dbcca.com/dbcca/dynamic/j...onCounter.jnlp just like the one in New York city by Madison Square Garden.

Can someone help.
