Updating site

I think this is a easy one to answer

Is there a way of updating all the pages at the same time?

For example if I changed a button the home page is it possible to automatically update all the others with it?

Or will I have to change all of them one by one

oops. For some reason I thought he meant publishing everything all at once. My bad. Yes the php method is great. I use it for at least 5 php recalls (as I call them) per page.
