Customer support had me go in and change to image names to have no spaces on my computer and then I put them in my image folder/bluevoda.
I had to change seeds of change to seedsofchange. It took me a few tries but it finally worked. Happy but bummed that I have to do this will ALL my images on any pages I am updating.
I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean. But messing around with it. I found that using the FTP Manager. There is a left side of the screen and a right side. On the left side of the screen I created a folder called "images", on the right side holding down the ctrl key I selected all the image files including any .png files. Then I selected the "Copy To" button on the top of the screen and copied all of the files on the right side of the screen to the "images" folder I just created on the left side of the screen.
Then when that was all done copying, I selected the image folder on the left side of the screen and copied the "image" folder to the right side of the screen under the public_html directiry.
This worked for me. Maybe it will work for someone else too.
Yes, that happened to me when upgrading to BV10. All photos disappeared from 10 websites!!!!
Of course they were on the server and were visible on the Internet.
What a pain to re-insert all of those photos.
It'll be quite a while before I voluntarily update to BV11.
