OOOOPPSS - Error 12031

Please help, what have I done????

When I try to publish my pages, I get the following message:


Internet Exception Error 12031

Details:
The connection with the server has been reset.


I have already tried shutting down and restarting computer. I tried doing a system restore. None of which has helped.

Obviously I have access to the internet because I'm here posting right now but even if you try to access my website from the internet, it says "Internet explorer cannot display the web page". Oh lord, I hope this is a simple problem.

Don't panic too much, Rowena......
on my FF everything is A1 OK....there'll be a General along soon who can explain what happened!

Phew, thanks David. Such a relief to hear you say that. I've just spent the last several hours going through other posts from people who have had this problem before and tried all the suggestions. . .to no avail of course.
