Issues Uploading

I am having issues uploading my pages. I save before I hit upload, and I refresh the page when I pull it up. It was uploading fine until about two weeks ago, when it reverted back to a week old page. Now when I try to upload it doesn't do anything. Is there something I can do to fix this page or can someone tell me what is wrong? I would greatly appreciate it.
