changing links by the bunch....please help

like many of you already figured out, i am completaly new to this "web" thing and i need help a lot of times...
well i want to know how to change a link to a "text" in one page and being able to automatically do it in all the 30 pages that i have clonned...

i hope you understand the issue...

i did a search under navaldesign. he had mastered the method of changing an item on one page and that would automatically change it on all pages. i have never tried to do this, but here is his thread:
