2pages that need Multiple Items &Multiple Prices check out buttons

I have 2 Pages that need checkout buttons with Multiple (Items#s with multiple Prices) For checkout with Paypal. Checked with paypal They only have One button that will only take 10 items. I need one with 20 to 50 Items. Got any Ideas??? Google has this button and it was fine.
