You can't change the php.ini file, but you can add a local php.ini file with the necessary changes. Local php.ini files have effect only on the folder where they are as well as all subfolders.

i have a web sever setup at home just as a test sever and i spent time poking around the php.ini file till i worked out what i needed to change, it was just the max upload file size and the time the script was aloud to run, but as for making one dont know howT12Comment
