Page does not show in web site

I have successfully loaded 18 pages into www.talle.biz over the last 3 days.
One other page, which I loaded in exactly the same way, will not show on the web site. Its a page called "leakage" and when I click on any of my menu bars for that page, a blank page comes up with "Web page cannot be found", despite the fact that the link at the top is showing as http://www.talle.biz/leakage.html

The page is found on the site by going to Special Expertise/Pipeline Leakage.
What could be the problem?

it looks like you saved this page as php. if you go to here

the page appears. now you dont have a form on this page but somehow you have saved it as php. now you can right click background, open page properties and change the extension to html, save it and publish it and the link should work. or you can change the link to above and the link will work

mrmagoo144, you rock so hard man! Seriously I was having the same issue and I was racking my freakin' brain because I have had absolutely NO issues and with NO web design/coding exeprience, I feel like I have built a pretty impressive page. Now that this little problem is solved (that I've been stressing about ALL DAY!) I feel like a million bucks!
