100 people survey page.

Hi. I am not familiar at all to do a survey site but I might need to do one and I was told to use LimeSurvey.org
Here, I would like to ask if Lime Survey or any OTHER program that I can use to achieve these:
1. Same question can not be answered twice by the same person.
2. when 100 people already answer the questions, the survey will end automatically.

try to use wufoo.com - it is possible to build forms like that in there.
