PAP trouble

Hi everyone, I have tried to install the PAP in the treasure chest using BV FTP but it won't upload all the files/folders. When I clicked on the link to order a pro installation it told me the page had moved and I can't find anywhere else to order it. I tried submitting a support ticket to have PAP installed and was just told to follow the link in the treasure chest, and around we go again...

Any help or advice would be great
