little image next to address in address bar?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to change the little image immediately to the left of the site's address up at the top of the page? For html stuff it has the image of a little piece of paper, but I'd like something different if possible. Any ideas?

....or you can go to page properties & upload whatever you like in the "Favorites Icon" window.......
