A seperate white label page - can it be done?

My website clearly exists to tell people about what my business can offer and encourages people to make contact. However, I have a few agents who would like to encourage their clients to use my website but they are concerned that their client may by pass them and come direct to me. Clearly, if I knew the name of each of their clients I could identify them if they made contact, but that also depends on my honesty in getting back to my agent.

To resolve this problem I would like to create a page of information that my agents clients could use but there would be no reference to my business but a request that the viewer get back in touch with the agent told them about the page.

The question is, can I create such a page without it linking in any way to the rest of my web site?
