Login plus database trouble

Well im still trying to get my login together but it says no database found. Ive created the database and everything and it still says user database not found (via login and signup) Check it out for me. Thanks

From cpanel buht its working... i have another question though. I dont know how to get "*****" or "new arrivals" to its normal state. Can you check it out.
