Can't publish a page

I'm trying to publish a page that has been saved several times over. I've saved it to another page name and can't publish that either.

The message I'm getting is "You must first save this page in order to publish it.".

I have other pages that publish just fine.

Where do I begin looking to see how to correct this?

Close Blue Voda for at least 3 minutes, and then re-open it and try publishing the page again.

If it does not publish properly, download a new copy of BV over the old and once again try to publish your "saved" pages.
